I have not had a lot of dealings in real estate, but none of my past experience even came close in comparison to how well Linda Schlax handled everything. She is an exceptional real estate agent, and exceptional person, and has exceptional character. Not only was it not a pain to deal with her, it was absolutely as pleasant as it could have possibly been. Her knowledge of the local market as well as a quick understanding of what we were looking for resulted in us finding the house of our dreams on the 3rd house. And once, we decided on the house, it could not have gone smoother, right up to and including closing. And she didn’t stop there, she guided us in getting the utilities switched over, purchasing another dock and getting settled in. I would highly recommend Linda Schlax.
